Jasmin Chaudhary, MD, is a lifelong resident of Oregon. She pursued her internal medicine residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, where she was chief resident. She completed her infectious disease fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University. Dr. Chaudhary also takes pride in treating HIV and hepatitis C patients. She is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases, and is a certified Wound Care Physician by the Board of Wound Management. Dr. Chaudhary is also fluent in Spanish.
An active community member who serves on the Marion-Polk County Medical Society Board, Dr. Chaudhary enjoys traveling, volunteering, playing the piano and paddleboarding. She is committed to providing excellent, holistic medical care for all of her patients and giving back to her community.
