It can be a little daunting stepping into a new doctor’s office. We at Oregon Infectious Disease Specialists want to make it as simple as possible. When you visit for your first appointment, please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card and medication list. We’ll guide you through intake so you can focus on your treatment plan.
